About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join our team in Baker Street. As a key member of our professional qualifications team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our policies and procedures, driving excellence in our services, and developing the skills of our professionals.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in professional qualifications, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with external bodies. They will also be able to drive innovation and improvement in our services, ensuring we remain at the forefront of our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective policies and procedures for our professional qualifications team.
  • Drive excellence in our services, ensuring we meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with external bodies, including the ICAEW and CIOT.
  • Develop and deliver training and development programmes for our EIC students.
  • Provide guidance on exam results and recommendations, working closely with the HR team.
  • Assess the impact of syllabus changes on our professional qualifications strategy and communicate the findings to our partners and staff.
  • Manage and develop the professional qualifications team, including performance management of two direct reports.
