Human Resources Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Consultant to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment legislation and external best practice trends, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a commercial context. You will be confident in communicating with senior stakeholders, including directors and partners, to provide high-quality professional advice and guidance.

In this role, you will support and provide expert ER advice, tools, and guidance to generalist HR teams and business areas, enabling them to provide high-quality professional advice and guidance to the business on all ER issues.

You will also establish and maintain strong relationships with managers and partners in relevant business areas as the main point of contact for ER issues for the wider HR team.
