About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team at InvitISE Ltd. The successful candidate will possess proven expertise in working with climate models, data analysis, and atmospheric setups.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, climate modelling, and scientific research. They will be responsible for analysing climate model data, running climate models, and working with atmospheric and land models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run climate models and analyse data to inform scientific research
  • Work with atmospheric and land models to understand climate dynamics
  • Develop and implement data analysis techniques to extract insights from climate model data
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement climate modelling projects
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess a PhD or equivalent in a relevant field, such as climate science, data analysis, or environmental science. They will also need to hold Security Clearance or be able to pass SC.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of up to £425 per day, depending on experience. The contract is for an initial 9-month period, with the possibility of extension. We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
