Sales Customer Advisor
Job Summary:
As a Sales Customer Advisor at JCT600, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and converting every type of enquiry into sales. Your goal will be to ensure that every customer experiences the best service from the moment they enter the showroom to the point they pick up their new car.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an outstanding level of customer service at all times, ensuring the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and members of the public.
- Establish strong relationships with customers built on trust, ensuring that all interaction with the customer is simple and transparent.
- Maintain clear, accurate and branded communication with customers through all contact channels.
- Actively work to achieve and exceed departmental objectives.
- Follow all internal procedures to ensure all vehicles are handed over at the time and in the condition agreed with the customer.
- Ensure all Brand standards are always adhered to.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience within a sales or customer service orientated environment.
- A can do attitude with a winning mentality, with the drive and determination to be the best.
- A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- Exceptional customer facing and interpersonal skills to enable difficult situations to be overcome professionally and successfully.
- A valid driving licence which is free from excessive penalties.
