Parts Advisor Opportunity at Ford & Slater Limited

Ford & Slater Limited, one of the UK's largest DAF Truck dealers, is seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join their team at their Sheffield dealership. As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient sale of parts to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional parts sales service to customers face-to-face and over the phone
  • Process customer orders and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and ensure accurate information is provided to customers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role within the HGV or commercial vehicle sector
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Full UK driving licence
