Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Area Manager to join our team and lead the success of our clients' stores. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and motivate a team of store managers to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

- Conduct regular branch visits to provide coaching, guidance, and support to store teams

- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these

- Ensure compliance across the area, maintaining high standards of quality and service

Requirements

- Proven experience as an Area Manager or equivalent role in the retail industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with store teams and stakeholders

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

- Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
