About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled 2nd-Line Technical IT Engineer to join our team at Hotality IT Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our Technical Department, you will be responsible for providing proactive and reactive IT assistance to our hotel clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and implement IT solutions and services for our hotel clients.
  • Provide technical support for our hotel clients, including on-site and remote assistance.
  • Document internal and customer documentation as required.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Participate in our out-of-hours IT support rota to provide critical support for our hotel clients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of using IT systems, including vSphere ESXi, Office 365, and networking/LAN.
  • Strong technical skills, including Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and general IT desktop-based support.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A valid UK driving license.

We offer a competitive salary between £20,000 - £29,000, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including private medical cover, a great workplace pension, and training in various IT systems and services.
