We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness and Wellness Professional to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Corporate Wellbeing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness programs and promoting a healthy lifestyle to our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the fitness floor and develop wellbeing plans and exercise programs tailored to individual needs.
- Deliver group exercise and circuit-based classes, including Spin and Les Mills programs.
- Promote and conduct our unique Personal Best health assessment, empowering members to set and achieve manageable personal goals.
- Ensure all members are assessed and inducted before using our facilities.
- Provide guidance and support to members on techniques, training, and lifestyle advice.
- Act as a deputy to the Program Manager and utilize your initiative to deliver an exceptional member experience.
