Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained fitness area, adhering to the highest standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Provide thorough and professional inductions to our classes, ensuring our guests and members feel welcome and supported.
- Assist with cover across the spa operation on a rota basis, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to teamwork.
- Deliver classes and tuition at a five-star standard, utilizing our state-of-the-art facilities and equipment.
- Ensure Health and Safety requirements are met within the fitness areas, reporting any incidents or maintenance issues promptly.
- Make efficient use of our laundry facilities, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Stay up-to-date with all facilities and equipment available to you, ensuring you're always prepared to deliver an exceptional experience.
