About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Workout Instructor to join our team at Places Leisure. As a Group Workout Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy Zumba group workouts to our members, creating a fun and engaging environment that encourages participation and motivation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Zumba group workouts to large and small classes, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
  • Develop and maintain a strong rapport with members, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe facility, adhering to company procedures and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, maintaining a high level of knowledge and expertise in group fitness instruction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2 qualification, with a desire to progress to CIMSPA Practitioner/Reps Level 3.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people of all ages and abilities.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
