Role of Deputy Store Manager

As a Deputy Store Manager, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving business results within our beautiful Farnborough store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, including store experience and achieving store KPIs.
  • Manage a team of Supervisors and Sales Assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Lead by example, inspiring and motivating the team to deliver exceptional results and create magical moments for customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
