About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Engineering Team Manager to lead our frontend development team in Poland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence, mentoring engineers, and ensuring delivery success.

Job Description:

  • Lead a team of frontend developers, including participation in recruitment processes, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Drive the development of the company's frontend capabilities, including expertise development, codebase improvement, and career growth systems.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, keeping hands-on code (react web development, bug-fixing, integration with API and CMS), conducting code reviews, and participating in delivery process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or comparable technical field.
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile methodology and workflow.
  • Experience managing teams, with skills in Agile team organization and delivery, coding, and stakeholder communication.
  • Very good English language skills (B2/C1 level) and average Polish language skills.
