Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of nurses to deliver proactive, caring, safe, and excellent standards of patient care
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Work autonomously to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Registered General Nurse (adult) qualification
- Practice Assessor and Supervisor qualification or NMC Mentor qualification
- Evidence of Level 6 academic study or ability to demonstrate Level 6 academic writing
- District Nursing Specialist Practitioner Award or commitment to complete District Nursing Specialist Practitioner Qualification modules
