Pro-Finance is seeking an experienced Audit Senior/Assistant Manager to join our dynamic audit team in St Albans. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality audit services to our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage audits with turnovers up to £350 million, collaborating closely with managers, directors, and partners.
- Ensure audits are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
- Supervise, train, and assist junior staff.
- Prepare draft statutory accounts and consolidated accounts under FRS102, IFRS, and FRS101.
- Draft recommendations for management following audit fieldwork.
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or near qualification).
- At least 2.5 years' experience in a similar sized practice with extensive audit experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with clients and staff.
- Ability to manage both straightforward and complex audit jobs.
- Up-to-date knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
- Passion for delivering quality and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Organised, commercially minded, and flexible.
