Nursing Professional Opportunity: Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled Nursing Professional to join our Public Health Nursing team. As a specialist in child and young people's health, you will be responsible for leading and supervising members of the Public Health Nursing 5-19 team to deliver high-quality care to children and young people across Hertfordshire.
The estimated salary for this role is around £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including access to training opportunities, restorative supervision, and a generous pension scheme.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement local public health plans with schools and the wider community to improve health outcomes.
- Work with children, young people, and families in schools and community settings to promote healthy lifestyles and prevent illness.
- Use electronic record keeping systems to track patient data and evaluate service delivery.
