We're seeking a skilled Senior Software Implementation Specialist to join our team and help us achieve our vision of a collaborative software platform for structure owners, attachers, occupants, and service firms.

As a Senior Software Implementation Specialist, you'll work as part of a dynamic team to help Alden and our customers achieve shared goals. You'll work directly with customers to design workflows and configure our software platform, using common workplace software such as Excel, Visio, and Word. You'll also have knowledge of relational database concepts and be comfortable with automation.

The focus of this job is on producing high-quality, detailed work based on established processes and procedures. You'll have the opportunity to develop a valued technical expert, recognized and supported by management and a stable work environment, who can deliver quality work on a consistent basis.

We're looking for someone with a 4-year college degree in software or technology, and 7-10 years of work experience in software, engineering, IS/IT, or a computer-related field. You'll also need 2+ years of experience in SQL, software configuration or workflow experience, and exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

As a Senior Software Implementation Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work on complex or intricate projects, and contribute to the development of our software platform. Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Working as part of a dynamic team to help Alden and our customers achieve shared goals.
  • Working directly with customers to design workflows and configure our software platform.
  • Using common workplace software such as Excel, Visio, and Word.
  • Having knowledge of relational database concepts and being comfortable with automation.
  • Developing a valued technical expert, recognized and supported by management and a stable work environment, who can deliver quality work on a consistent basis.
