Compassionate Caregiver Wanted

We are currently recruiting for a Compassionate Caregiver to join our team in Leamington Spa. As a Compassionate Caregiver, you will provide personalized support to individuals who live with autism and complex learning disabilities, helping them to achieve their goals and live independently.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant. If you are new to care but have a passion for helping others, Lifeways offers excellent training and ongoing support to enable you to enjoy a rewarding career with us.
This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday. Due to the location of this service, you must be able to drive.
