Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our team. As a Product Specialist, you will play a critical role in understanding our Workforce Management solution and ensuring its needs are well-articulated and represented within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Roadmap Contribution:
    • Analyze customers, competitors, and broader market trends to inform recommendations for product development.
    • Define product feature requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
    • Track and report on product roadmap delivery progress.
    • Improve the measurement of customer adoption and return on investment.
    • Define product roadmap concepts for consideration as part of annual planning process.
    • Articulate and escalate any identified risks/issues and the associated impact to the product roadmap, ROI, reputation, or customer experience to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure overall achievement of product objectives, including product launch and marketing activities.
    • Determine product vision, positioning, and strategic direction.
    • Identify new opportunities, service improvements, and cost reductions.
  • Commercial:
    • Contribute to the determination of pricing and profitability of products.
    • Support Sales and Professional Services teams with customer engagements.

  • Ability to work autonomously.
