Virtus Talent is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates, managing the full recruitment cycle, and generating leads from industry professionals.
About the Role:
- Talent Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential candidates, conduct interviews, and assess their suitability for our clients' needs.
- Process Management: Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement, including arranging interviews, providing feedback, and closing deals.
- Research: Network with industry professionals, market map, and utilize various databases and resources to identify top talent.
- Lead Generation: Develop leads through interactions with industry professionals, stay up-to-date with market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 2:1 degree in any field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, great organizational skills, competitive nature, sense of achievement, and an unrivaled work ethic.
