Talent Development Manager

We are seeking a Talent Development Manager to join our team at Acuity Care Group Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for staff across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to work collaboratively with subject matter experts and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. They will also have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for staff across the organisation.
- Work closely with senior leaders to identify learning needs and design targeted solutions.
- Evaluate the impact of training programs on organisational performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education or human resources.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £58,000 per annum (inclusive of £3,000 car allowance).
