Administrative Documentation Manager

Job Title: Administrative Documentation Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Documentation Manager for a 6-month contract. This role is inside IR35, and the rate is negotiable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control all project-related documents to ensure they are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the smooth flow of documentation through various stages of the project lifecycle.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to manage large filing systems and maintain document control processes.
- Demonstrate excellent MS Office skills and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent
- Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Document Management Systems (e.g. SharePoint, Vault/CDMS)
Estimated Salary: £25-30 per hour, based on industry standards and location.
