About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance professional to join our Consultancy Services Group. As a Senior or Principal Data Governance Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients in the government and defence sectors achieve their digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data governance strategies to enable clients to realize their vision
  • Perform data management maturity assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop business cases for data management initiatives and recommend appropriate approaches and frameworks
  • Work with clients to establish effective data governance, master data management, and data quality frameworks
  • Support the development of client bids and presentations of proposals
Essential Skills
  • Strong data governance experience, including establishing data governance capabilities from scratch
  • Business case development for data management initiatives
  • Data management frameworks and assessments
  • Data migration strategy and implementation planning
  • Stakeholder engagement skills
  • Business change management
  • Experience working with central or local government
  • Knowledge of established data management frameworks and best practice approaches

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with impact and clarity
  • Works well as part of a team pursuing a common goal
