Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Agency Space as a Hybrid Creative Services Manager. This is a part-time role, approximately 4 days per week, with flexible days and times.

About the Role

As a Hybrid Creative Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the agency, working closely with the Leadership Team across all our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Refining and managing our systems and processes to optimize the flow of creative, strategy, production, and project management through the business.
  • Providing creative and strategy weekly resourcing, managing permanent and freelance time, and liaising with suppliers.
  • Supporting client teams in a project management capacity and overseeing agency studio production.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a creative services and project management capacity within fast-paced integrated creative agency environments.
  • A strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A go-beyond mindset and a passion for unconventional creativity.
