About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Ark People Housing Care in Forfar. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with various needs to live independently and engage with their community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide person-centered care and support to vulnerable individuals.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Support individuals in various activities, providing encouragement and positive feedback.
