About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Real Life Options. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and Autism to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with complex needs, including those with challenging behaviors, to achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality service.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, although full training will be provided.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Willingness to work waking night shifts.
  • Valid PVG certificate.
