Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at Real Life Options. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and Autism to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with complex needs to achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to ensure individuals receive the best possible care
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure a consistent and high-quality service
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals to help them build confidence and independence
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a support role, preferably in a similar setting
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
