Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Workshop Controller to lead the daily operations of an engineering workshop, specializing in vehicle maintenance and repair. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement plans to improve workshop efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate the activities of workshop staff, including technicians and apprentices.
  • Monitor and inspect work performed by technicians to ensure quality and safety standards.
  • Prepare reports on workshop performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
Requirements and Benefits

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in automotive repair or maintenance, preferably in a supervisory or leadership position.
  • Strong mechanical and technical skills.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £55,000 - £70,000, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits include:

  • 24 days annual leave per year.
