Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Delivery Expert to join our 24/7 support team in Farnborough. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert technical support for bespoke applications, working closely with our line manager to identify personal development opportunities, and contributing to ensuring the skills within the application support team remain relevant to changing technologies.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with customers' bespoke systems, a passion for outstanding support, and the ability to investigate and resolve incidents efficiently. You will create and maintain detailed service support documentation relevant to customer applications, provide level 2 and 3 support for bespoke customer applications, and work within defined KPIs to ensure customer KPIs are aligned and avoid breaches.

Salary and Benefits
