Salary:$100,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
The Senior Private Equity Fund Accountant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day fund accounting and financial reporting services to a portfolio of private equity clients and structures.
Key responsibilities include reviewing financial statements in compliance with applicable GAAP (primarily IFRS and UK Accounting Standards), ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures, and managing a team of accountants.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- JFSC Table 4 qualification such as ACCA, ACA CIMA (or equivalent qualification)
- Proficiency in IFRS and UK Accounting Standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
