High-Performance Enterprise Sales Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Sales professional to join our team at Q Networkers Ltd. As an Enterprise Sales expert, you will be responsible for identifying and securing high-value clients across Europe, the US, and Canada.
Salary: Up to £110k + commission + equity
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in Fintech. You will be working closely with our global team to develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth and exceed client expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong network of contacts, excellent communication skills, and a data-driven approach to sales. If you're a results-oriented, client-focused individual who is passionate about delivering value, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities- Demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset, effective across core markets such as marketplaces, ecommerce, payroll and pensions.
- Identify, secure, and manage relationships with clients at the highest level (CEO/CFO) across Europe, negotiating and persuading potential clients the value that our company can add to their business.
- Generate revenue from clients, and achieve pre-agreed targets on customer flows, revenues, and profitability.
- Become the industry champion within your targeted sectors and represent our company at trade shows, conferences, industry meetings.
- A proven track record of 10+ years at the top of your game within a Fintech purely as a new business hunter – ideally an EMI within Europe.
- Experienced in managing and closing complex sales cycles that have a multi-year contract of seven figures that can be demonstrated with clear outcome that has exceeded goals, with a proven record of significant revenue generation and a target that has been exceeded YOY.
- Robust network of contacts and strong understanding collections, FX and pay-outs is essential – you must have sold all three.
- Ability to understand and tailor approach to individual customers with empathy, effectively playing the role of problem-solver for the customer.
- Data driven and analytical mindset whilst also being fully accountable for your success.
