We are seeking an exceptional Office Support Professional to join our team at Dnevo Partners Limited. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment, providing top-notch front of house service to our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and making them feel at ease.
  • Prepare meeting rooms and arrange refreshments for meetings with precision and attention to detail.
  • Answer incoming calls with excellent customer service skills, handling queries and concerns efficiently.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, meeting room coordination, and maintaining a well-stocked office environment.
  • Liaise with building management, IT support, cleaners, and other contractors to ensure seamless office operations.
  • Coordinate repairs and issues with building management in a timely manner, minimizing disruptions to our work.
  • Assist with staff social activities and events, fostering a positive and inclusive office culture.
  • Support HR administration, including leave records, recruitment tasks, onboarding, and training coordination with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process expenses, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Office Manager as needed, offering a helping hand whenever required.
  • Update and maintain office health and safety standards, prioritizing the well-being of our staff and visitors.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Previous experience in a front of house or hospitality role, preferably in an office setting.
  • Presentation skills with excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with ability to multitask effectively and efficiently.
  • Effective communication skills, facilitating smooth interactions and relationships with colleagues and clients.

Salary: £27,500 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering exceptional results and supporting our team's success.
