Key Responsibilities- Support and develop local workforce initiatives to drive business results
- Monitor and evaluate HR analytics to inform project development and prioritize initiatives
- Collaborate with colleagues on people projects to ensure successful implementation
- Improve line management capability regarding people matters through effective coaching and guidance
- Manage multiple D&G casework, including complex ER situations, and lead Works Council Meetings and Employee Collaboration
- Support the Employer Attractiveness and Talent Acquisition team with recruitment and selection activities, promoting Essity as an Employer of Choice
You should have previous HR experience at Advisor or Officer level, ideally within a unionized environment. A CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent is desirable. You will also have experience working with HR systems, employee handbooks, policies, and procedures, as well as excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications.
