About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work as part of a world-class team of scientists and technologists, creating, analysing and developing new technologies that solve complex problems in bio- and medical technology. You will have a passion for science and technology and will use a combination of innovation, flexibility and technical excellence to meet and exceed our customers' often demanding requirements and tight development timescales.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Biophysics, Biomedical engineering or a degree with a strong Physics content in a medical or biotech related field (2.1 or above, PhD preferred) and expertise in areas such as medical physiology, bio- and medical sensor, biomechanics, medical imaging, bioreactors, etc. A proven track record of planning and undertaking laboratory work safely is also essential.
