Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse, Midwife, or AHP to join our team as a Resuscitation Training Specialist. This is a permanent position that offers excellent opportunities for professional development and career growth.

The successful candidate will have relevant post-qualifying experience, teaching qualifications, and a strong background in resuscitation training. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs, providing expert advice, and contributing to the development of policies and procedures.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and training, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training programs on basic life support, advanced life support, and associated topics.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on resuscitation-related matters.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to resuscitation and cardiac arrest prevention.
  • Support the effective use of resuscitation training equipment and contribute to its maintenance.
  • Act as a professional resource for staff across the organization.

Person Specification:

  • Evidence of continuing professional development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
  • IT Skills / Competent in the use of Microsoft office packages.
  • Time management skills, able to organise and plan own workload and work without supervision.
  • Interpersonal skills; approachable, and supportive.
  • Accuracy with record keeping and written communication.

Salary: £43,414 - £51,400 per annum (dependent on experience)
