Demand Planner Role

Advanced Resource Managers Limited is seeking a skilled Demand Planner to join their supply chain team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage demand/forecast systems, collect and analyse data, and create insights to challenge commercial assumptions and drive collaborative action planning and delivery.
  • Plan for exceptional demand events, including promotional calendars, NPD launches, and seasonal demand.
  • Analyse and report on medium- and long-term forecast changes with potential business impact.
  • Translate demand planning data into material planning data for procurement and manufacturing.
  • Manage supply chain relationships with D2C fulfilment providers and liaise with teams to ensure material planning and performance are correct.
  • Support international import/export and associated transport procedures, working with finance and technical teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in demand planning, factory scheduling, material planning, and stock control.
  • Strong understanding of demand planning processes, procedures, and measures.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with ability to prioritise workload.
  • 5 years' experience in FMCG food manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, and distribution environments.
