Director of Service Delivery

Refuge is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Service Delivery to lead our service delivery team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our service delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the service delivery team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to survivors of domestic abuse.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and survivor engagement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide professional advice and guidance to senior colleagues on service delivery matters.
  • Lead and direct in crisis situations where there is a risk to the safety of staff and service users.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience of leadership in the field of domestic abuse.
  • Experience of running a large strategic business unit or department.
  • Understanding of housing management and relevant legislation.
  • Strong track record of influencing and giving professional advice to senior colleagues.
  • Experience of leading and directing in crisis situations.
