Director of Service Delivery

Refuge is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Service Delivery to lead our service delivery team and provide strategic direction on all aspects of service delivery and survivor engagement.

About the Role:

  • Provide leadership on all aspects of service delivery and survivor engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and survivor outcomes.
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues to inform policy and strategic decisions.
  • Lead and direct in crisis situations where there is a risk to the safety of staff and service users.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience of leadership in the field of domestic abuse.
  • Experience of running a large strategic business unit or department.
  • Understanding of housing management and relevant legislation.
  • Strong track record of influencing and giving professional advice to senior colleagues.
