Job Overview

Huntr Talent Group is seeking an experienced Sales Growth Strategist to join their sales team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by qualifying and generating new sales opportunities within the SMB and Mid-Market space.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
  • Execute sales calls and product demos to showcase our Business Intelligence solutions.
  • Collaborate with the BDR, Product, and Implementation teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and develop targeted sales materials.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and support business expansion.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and the Business Intelligence space.

**Requirements:**

  • B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, Business Intelligence software, or ERP software, with a focus on SMB or Mid-Market sales.
  • Familiarity with finance departments and financial processes (e.g., budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial analysis) is highly valued.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to engage with finance professionals and C-suite executives.
  • A proactive mindset and passion for achieving and surpassing sales targets.

**What We Offer:

  • Base salary £75,000 - £85,000 – Double OTE
  • Permanent position
  • Hybrid working arrangement with offices in Bracknell
