Hotel Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Ibis Bridgwater. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process guest arrivals and departures, including check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage hotel reservations, room assignments, and guest requests.
- Operate the hotel switchboard and handle internal and external calls.
- Process cash, credit, and cheque transactions in accordance with hotel and company policies.
- Ensure accurate and efficient handling of guest messages and requests.
- Stay up-to-date with local events, attractions, and services to provide guests with valuable recommendations.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and front office systems.
