Hotel Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Ibis Bridgwater. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Process guest arrivals and departures, handling room assignments, key cards, and other related tasks.
- Manage the front desk operations, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and other financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date with hotel promotions, services, and facilities, and communicate these to guests as needed.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems.
