Care Assistant Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Rosebank Park in Harwich. As a Relief Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enabling our customers to maintain their dignity and independence.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide personal care and support to our customers, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
* Administer and store medication, ensuring accurate and timely administration
* Maintain a clean and safe living environment, including housekeeping and laundry
* Support customers through temporary or terminal illness, providing emotional and practical care
* Assist with eating and drinking, ensuring customers' nutritional needs are met
* Perform light domestic duties, such as bed making and cleaning
* Support customers with social, physical activities, and mental stimulation, such as hobbies and recreation
