We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team, providing person-centered care and support to our clients in their homes and communities.

Job Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
  • Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Supporting clients with mobility and transfer needs, including the use of hoists and slings.
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in client condition or behavior to the care team.
  • Working collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No prior care experience is necessary, as we provide full nurse-led training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A caring and compassionate approach to working with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
