About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Worker to join our team at Orwell Housing Association. As a Relief Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers to maintain their dignity and independence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Provide personal care to our customers, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Medication Management: Administer and store medication as required, following our established protocols.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe living environment for our customers.
  • Support and Care: Provide emotional support and care to customers with temporary or terminal illnesses.
  • Assistance with Daily Activities: Help customers with eating, drinking, and other daily activities.
  • Light Domestic Duties: Perform light domestic duties, such as bed making and laundry.
  • Support with Social and Physical Activities: Engage customers in social, physical, and mental stimulation activities, such as hobbies and recreation.

Requirements
