About the Role:

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas.
  • Conduct deep cleans on a rotating schedule, encompassing floors, soft furnishings, fixtures, fittings, windows, and walls.
  • Ensure proper waste disposal procedures are followed.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues promptly.
  • Adhere to COSHH and Infection Control Regulations.
  • Engage with residents in meaningful activities, promoting their independence, choice, dignity, and respect at all times.
