Job Overview

Excelcare Holdings is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at our care home in Dovercourt, Essex. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing physical, emotional, and social support to our residents, promoting their independence, choice, dignity, and respect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with mealtimes, personal care, and complete daily documentation, including record keeping, charts, and care plans.
  • Engage in meaningful activities with residents, promoting their well-being and quality of life.
  • Support residents in maintaining their independence and autonomy.
Requirements
  • Experience in a care environment, either in a care home, home care, or caring for a loved one.
  • A caring and kind approach, with a desire to work with older people.
