Account Executive

We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our team at beBee Professionals in Hartlepool, United Kingdom. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients, leveraging industry trends and market insights.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the value of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services, meeting client expectations and driving business growth.
  • Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance, using data to inform client strategies and drive business decisions.
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients, maximizing revenue and ensuring long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, driven by a passion for business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with a strong understanding of business principles and practices.
