About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Motors Sector Career Development Specialist to join our team at Stoneacre Motor Group.
This role will involve providing exceptional employability support and training to our learners, helping them to achieve their career goals and aspirations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the motors sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 23 days annual leave, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering high-quality employability training programs
- Providing one-to-one coaching and mentoring to learners
- Collaborating with colleagues to design and deliver effective employability services
- Conducting needs assessments and creating personalized learning plans
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on learner progress
