Project Controls Risk Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Project Controls Risk Engineer to join our team at Dragados S.A. UK Branch.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering project controls in the Eastern Ro-Ro Terminal Project in Immingham, with a focus on risk control and management processes including cost, planning, and production control and reporting.

This role requires the ability to maintain works/cost/risk breakdown structures, align risks with P6 activities using Primavera, and provide timely and accurate reporting.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in project controls and risk management.

• Develop and implement project controls and risk management strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project progress, costs, and risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities.
• Provide regular reporting and updates to stakeholders, including project sponsors, clients, and senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or project management.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in project controls and risk management, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management tools, including P6 and Primavera.
