Educational Support Specialist

We are seeking an Educational Support Specialist to join a school in Buckinghamshire. In this role, you will plan and deliver lessons that meet student needs, create a positive and inclusive learning environment, and build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. The successful candidate will contribute to the school ethos and help raise standards in education.
The ideal candidate will have SEMH experience and UK teaching experience. A passion for education and commitment to raising standards are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
This role offers a competitive salary, estimated at around £55,000-£75,000 per year, depending on experience. The school also provides professional development opportunities and a supportive working environment. A pension scheme is also offered to staff.
