Cover Supervisor Role Overview

Step Teachers is currently seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor to join our team of dedicated education professionals. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a supportive and productive learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a supportive and productive learning environment for students.
  • Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents, contributing to a collaborative school community.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any field.
  • Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or related role is preferred but not required.
  • Openness to learning and adapting to new environments, with a passion for making a positive impact in education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and colleagues effectively.
  • Desire to gain practical experience that supports your long-term career aspirations and personal growth.
